We specialize in educational books, study materials, eBooks, PDFs, and other learning resources prepared for specific universities, courses, and examinations. Many of our books are produced, arranged, and supplied in limited quantities exclusively for a specific group of students. Due to the specialized nature of these products and the significant costs involved in printing, sourcing, packaging, and logistics, all sales are final.
By placing an order on our website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
1. Before You Purchase
Customers are requested to carefully verify all relevant details before placing an order, including:

Please purchase only after ensuring that the selected product is suitable for your academic requirements.
2. No Refund, No Return, No Exchange
All products sold by Jyoti Publication, whether physical or digital, are sold on a No Refund, No Return, No Exchange basis.
Once an order is placed, confirmed, processed, or delivered, it cannot be refunded, returned, exchanged, or cancelled.
This policy is necessary because our books are prepared and supplied for specific universities, courses, and examinations in limited quantities. Since these books are produced for a niche academic audience, returned products cannot be resold or reused, making refunds, returns, and exchanges commercially impractical.
3. Cancellation Policy
Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been confirmed, processed, packed, or dispatched.
If you wish to cancel your order after it has been shipped, the only available option is to refuse delivery at the time the courier partner attempts delivery. You may decline to accept the parcel when the delivery partner arrives at your doorstep.
Once the parcel has been accepted by the customer or any person on the customer's behalf and the payment (if applicable) has been made to the delivery partner, the order shall be deemed successfully completed. After acceptance of the parcel, no cancellation, refund, return, or exchange request will be entertained under any circumstances.
Digital products cannot be cancelled once access, download links, or digital content has been provided.
4. Digital Products
All digital products, including eBooks, PDFs, downloadable study materials, and QR-based learning resources, are non-refundable, non-returnable, non-exchangeable, and non-cancellable once access has been granted.
5. Customer Responsibility
It is the sole responsibility of the customer to ensure that the selected book or study material is appropriate for their university, course, examination, language, edition, and academic requirements before placing an order.
The customer is also responsible for reviewing the website information before completing the purchase.
Once an order has been successfully placed, it shall be deemed that the customer has carefully reviewed the relevant information and voluntarily agreed to proceed with the purchase.
6. Right to Reject Requests
Jyoti Publication reserves the right to reject any request for a refund, return, exchange, replacement, or cancellation that is inconsistent with this policy.
7. Limitation of Liability
Jyoti Publication shall not be responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the purchase or use of its products, including dissatisfaction with content, examination results, admission outcomes, or any academic performance.
8. Governing Law
This Refund & Cancellation Policy shall be governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from purchases made through this website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
