At Jyoti Publication, we strive to deliver quality digital educational content. As our products are eBooks, which are delivered instantly or shortly after purchase, we follow a strict refund and cancellation policy as outlined below.

1. Nature of Products

  • All products sold on our website are digital eBooks.

  • Once the payment is successful, the book is either available for instant download or sent manually via WhatsApp or email.

2. Cancellation Policy

  • As the eBooks are delivered digitally and often instantly, cancellations are not possible after the order is placed.

  • Please ensure that you are purchasing the correct book before completing the payment.

3. Refund Policy

  • All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for eBooks that have been successfully delivered.

  • Refunds may be considered only under exceptional situations, such as:

    • The wrong book was sent

    • The file is corrupted and cannot be accessed

In such cases, customers must contact us within 24 hours of purchase with:

    • Payment proof (screenshot or bill)

    • Description of the issue

We consider a refund as the last option. If the case is found genuine, a replacement will be arranged. Only in the rarest and most justified cases—where a refund is truly necessary—we will proceed accordingly. The refund will be initiated instantly, and you will receive the amount in your account within 24 hours. However, in exceptional cases involving technical delays or other issues, the refund may take up to three working days and will be credited to the original payment method

5. No Refund for These Cases

  • You failed to download or open due to device or internet issues
