1. Nature of Service

  • Jyoti Publication provides digital educational books (eBooks) intended for various competitive and university entrance exams.

  • All products listed on the website are paid and delivered digitally via download link, WhatsApp, or email after successful payment.

2. Digital Product Usage

  • The eBooks you purchase are for personal use only.

  • Reproduction, sharing, reselling, uploading, copying, or redistribution of our content without written permission is strictly prohibited.

  • Any such activity may result in legal action under copyright laws.

3. Content Protection

  • We invest significant effort in creating quality content. Uploading or distributing any of our books or website content to third-party platforms is not allowed.

  • Legal actions may be taken if our intellectual property is misused or publicly shared without consent.

4. Delivery Policy

  • eBooks are generally available for instant download after payment.

  • In case of a failed auto-download, you can contact us at +91 9914632817 (WhatsApp only). We will verify your payment and send the book manually.

  • During high-traffic times, you are requested to share your payment receipt/screenshot on WhatsApp. Our team will respond personally.

5. Payment and Pricing

  • We accept payments only through Razorpay using UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, etc.

  • There are no hidden charges or recurring fees. You only pay the price shown on the product page.

6. Refund and Cancellation

  • eBooks are non-refundable once delivered.

  • Exceptions may apply only in rare cases, such as:

    • You received the wrong book

    • The file is corrupted and not usable

  • All refund requests are reviewed manually. Please note that 99% of purchases are final and non-refundable.

7. User Responsibilities

  • You agree to use our website lawfully and respectfully.

  • Any misuse, including using bots or unauthorized scripts, attempting to breach website security, or copying content, is prohibited.

  • We reserve the right to restrict access to any user found violating these terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • Jyoti Publication shall not be held responsible for:

    • Technical delays from Razorpay or download failures beyond our control

    • User device issues preventing eBook access

  • We strive to support users but are not liable for third-party platform failures.

9. Legal Jurisdiction

  • Any disputes related to Jyoti Publication shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Assam, India.
